Caravans

Members are allowed to keep their caravans at DRSC for an additional charge (£200) The Club Manager ( clubmanager@drsc.co.uk) must be contacted before placing a caravan in the field due to limited spaces and they must be registered. You must currently hold a family membership or an individual membership. Caravans may be used at the club from 1st April until 30th September (subject to ground conditions permitting entry and removal). It is expected that caravans will be used regularly. Members who do not comply may be asked to remove their caravans from the field. As a guide, those who do not expect to use their van at least once per calendar month between the start of the season and 30th September should use the field as an overnight facility only and remove their van after each stay. Members must ensure the area around their caravan is kept tidy with grass regularly cut, litter removed and outside equipment kept out of sight when the unit is not in use. The nature of the field is that it may become waterlogged from September onwards and members are required to monitor the situation and remove caravans for storage elsewhere before conditions make normal removal difficult. Caravans not removed from the site by 30th September without prior permission will be removed and placed in storage at member's expense. In this case, a removal charge of £150 will be imposed by the club in addition to storage charges and use of the caravan at the club will not be allowed in the following year.

Non members are allowed to bring a caravan for an additional charge for organised events only £20 per pitch per night.

The keys for the field are held by the Club Manager: Rob Richardson

Camping

Camping at DRSC is an opportunity for members to stay on site on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays.
Members often enjoy BBQ's and socialise in the bar whilst the children play outside. Non members are welcome to camp for organised events only.
Due to potential strong wind conditions, we do not allow tents to be up during the week.
