  • Access to club grounds

    the club grounds will be open to those with gate keys from tomorrow (Sunday 24 May) for boat/caravan inspection/removal. The club will not be open for any sailing until next week since certain preparations are needed on site and on the website before buddy sailing can be allowed.     DRSC reopening we are very happy to announce that risk assessments have been completed and submitted to our landlords. Provided we get the all clear we will re-open next Saturday (30th.   • Coronavirus Update

    Club Closure Due to the rapidly changing events surrounding coronavirus, our landlords Northumbria Water Ltd (NWL). have instructed us to close the club to all activities from 5p.m. today 24 March.     The Swimming course is ready!

    Wednesday night swimming will restart (weather willing) on September 4th. Sailors please take note of the swimming course and keep well clear of the outer perimeter marked with the white buoys and red booms at the corners. When launching from the slipways keep the jetty buoy to port and be extra careful to keep clear of the swim course as you launch and are distracted adjusting your rudder etc.
