Caravan Storage

937937 orig

Our onsite facilities offers members and non members who are attending the club for organised events, the chance to enjoy weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday) overnight camping or siting of members own caravan, to have a BBQ and when possible access to the club house to socialise in the bar whilst the children play outside.

Cost to members is £210 per year and £20 per night for non members.

To place a caravan on the club field you must hold either a current family or individual membership.

Caravans may be used at the club from 1st April until 31st October (subject to ground conditions permitting entry and removal.)

Caravans must be logged within the caravan register online with membership secretary.

It is expected that caravans will be used regularly. Members who do not comply may be asked to remove their caravans from the field. As a guide, those who do not expect to use their van at least once per calendar month between the start of the season and 31st October should use the field as an overnight facility only and remove their van after each stay.

Members are required to ensure the area around their caravan is kept tidy with grass regularly cut, litter removed and outside equipment kept out of sight when the unit is not in use.

The nature of the field is that it may become waterlogged from September onwards and members are required to monitor the situation and remove caravans for storage elsewhere before conditions make normal removal difficult. Caravans not removed from the site by 31st October without prior permission will be removed and placed in storage at member's expense. In this case a removal charge of £150 will be imposed by the club in addition to storage charges and use of the caravan at the club will not be allowed in the following year.

The keys for the field are held by Nikki Harris.
