Finding a Buddy

With the current limitations on sailing, you may be looking for someone to sail with. To help - Al Conn has set up a WhatsApp Group. Details below.

If you don't have a phone with WhatsApp you can always post on the facebook page, or why not use the Crew Finder and Crew Available function on the website to tell others when you are wanting to sail. These will allow you to communicate with other members without knowing their contact details using the Directory. Now might be a good time to check your settings to ensure that your user profile is set to allow members to access your telephone or email details.

If you are booking time, please don't book all the slots "just in case" your friends want to sail too. Likewise, there is no need to book slots for an Adult supervising a junior who is sailing on the water. The aim is to manage congestion on the slipways, and so unless you will be required to help launch/recover the boat there is no need to manage the capacity.
